The owner of Pique Tea, Simon Cheng, travelled the world after undergoing intense health complications to find a pathway to betterment and healthier life. While on his journey, he decided to devote a large chunk of time to the study of medicine, primarily focused on Eastern medications. He was a Chinese scholar and was able to gain knowledge from the oldest of texts which held facts that Pique Tea is now built around. According to Cheng, herbs and naturally occurring chemicals can benefit the body more than one would assume.

What Is It?

Pique Tea essentially puts said advantageous herbs and plants into a form which you can easily ingest with a morning or afternoon cup of tea. It isn’t realistic to expect people to go out into the wild and pick the correct tea ingredients. The brand compiles different blends depending on what you want your drink to do for you. For example, they have specific tea tins for energizing, for bettering immunity, increasing calmness, focus and a multitude of other things. The only person who knows your body and what it needs the best is you. Thus, they allow you to choose your own blend, or you can buy bundles to see which suits you the best. They also explain different health ideas to you but do not force nor push the ideology onto anyone. They are firm believers in fasting, with teas directly meant for those who are doing so.

Why Is It Beneficial to Your Health?

Their Electric Turmeric tea is supposed to be for those who require boosting immunity, helping with digestion as well as increasing zen. The Sun Goddess Matcha tea is for anyone who thinks they need some revitalization and some increased energy in their day-to-day life. Some teas, like the Pu’er Black Tea, are meant to encourage the growth of microorganisms within the body to help it adapt to new situations and grow overall. There are also other elixirs meant to calm or cause greater focus. There are some teas that help with staying satiated and feeling full for those going the fasting route. A few of the mixtures also boost digestion and gut health, which is necessary for many individuals around the world. All in all, they have different teas for all kinds of problems and oftentimes the benefits overlap, and one blend will give the drinker multiple advantages.

What Is Fasting?

Fasting is practised in various countries for a variety of reasons. One of these is to cut out sugars, carbohydrates and strengthen your body. Some people choose to fast for days straight, but others prefer ratios of eating periods and fasting periods. For the former, the fasting teas by Pique Tea helps you feel full without actually eating or drinking anything with calories – that’s right, the fasting teas have zero calories! When you are hungry for increased hours, you also start feeling angry. Their teas help control your mood and make you feel as if you have eaten something, making the entire procedure much easier on you. They have a Matcha tea for this purpose, a Ginger one, a Cinnamon one, and a Bergamot one. The cinnamon one is void of caffeine and naturally tastes sugary, without the unhealthiness for those with a sweet tooth. The ginger one may not make you as satiated, but it does cure many stomach abnormalities and ails, and also refreshes you. The bergamot gives you the most energy and you will be lifted completely out of any slumps that occur due to fasting!

Pique Tea is taking over the world. They have helped so many people change their entire lives by simply adding more health benefits into their morning drinks. When your body feels better, you are encouraged by it to be productive and you will get so much more done than you would regularly. The prices range from about thirty dollars a packet to seventy, but it is completely worth the price tag! Besides, people spend much more on things that don’t change their lives.
